Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to your use of the website operated by Switch4Good Limited (Company No. 17000412), registered in England and Wales with its registered office at First Floor, 5 High Street, Westbury-On-Trym, Bristol, United Kingdom, BS9 3BY.

Platform Use

Switch4Good provides a platform connecting supporters with offers from partner providers. A portion of each transaction supports community causes you choose. By using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity

Switching & Transactions

When you switch to a provider through Switch4Good:

• You enter into a direct contract with the partner provider, not with Switch4Good
• A predetermined portion of the commission is directed to your chosen cause
• Switching is free for you — no additional costs are incurred
• You will receive confirmation of your contribution

Commission Validation & Contribution Conditions

When you switch to a provider through Switch4Good and select a cause, a contribution is generated only where all of the following conditions are met:

• The switch completes successfully
• The provider confirms the transaction
• The provider pays commission to Switch4Good
• The transaction is not cancelled, reversed, fraudulent, or subject to non-payment

Providers may apply validation periods (for example, up to 90 days following switching). Contributions are only confirmed once this validation period has passed and commission has been received by Switch4Good.

If a transaction is cancelled within 90 days of switching, or if the provider does not pay commission for any reason (including fraud, non-payment, reversal, or clawback), no contribution will be generated.

Contributions are calculated as 50% of the net commission actually received by Switch4Good from the relevant provider.

Switch4Good cannot guarantee that any specific switch will generate a contribution.

Unregistered Cause Selection

If you select an organisation that is not yet registered on the Switch4Good platform:

• Any corresponding contribution will be held for up to 90 days
• If the organisation registers and completes verification within 90 days, the contribution will be paid to that organisation
• If the organisation does not register within 90 days, the contribution will be redistributed across participating causes in accordance with our published allocation methodology

By using the platform, you agree to this holding and redistribution process.

Offer Terms

Offers displayed on Switch4Good are subject to the following:

• Offers are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time
• Specific terms and conditions apply to each offer as stated by the provider
• Switch4Good is not responsible for the quality of products or services provided
• Disputes regarding offers should be directed to the provider

Limitation of Liability

Switch4Good acts as an intermediary platform. While we strive to ensure all providers and causes meet our standards, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by UK law.

We are not responsible for:

• Provider service quality or customer service
• How causes use contributions
• Technical issues or service interruptions
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Intellectual Property

All content on Switch4Good, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Switch4Good or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or by posting a notice on our platform. Your continued use of Switch4Good following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
